Outreach Through outreach programs, Nuevos Caminos offers individuals the hope of self-sustainability through offering tools, resources, and referrals that promote wholeness. 

Our outreach process involves community awareness projects, an intake assessment to determine needs, case management to make appropriate referrals within Nuevos Caminos or collaborating agencies.  Bi-lingual and chaplaincy services are available when requested.

All around us are those who feel. 
We feel the cries of the needy. 
We feel a yearning from within
to touch the lives of others,
to transform a life,
and be healed.
