 Nuevos Caminos is a mission of hope promoting
self-sufficiency of the individual,
success of the family, and
shared community solutions,
through
OUTREACH, EDUCATION,  and ADVOCACY.

Outreach - hope of self-sustainability
Through outreach programs, we offer individuals the hope of self-sustainability through offering tools, resources, and referrals that promote wholeness.

Our outreach process involves community awareness projects, an intake assessment to determine needs, case management to make appropriate referrals within Nuevos Caminos or collaborating agencies.  Bi-lingual and chaplaincy services are available when requested.

Education – hope of success
Through education programs, we offer families the hope of success though providing topical education materials, trainings, and focus groups designed to prevent problems and issues and to equip families to embrace positive solutions.

Our education programs include: the Triple P Positive Parenting Program, life skills classes, community education forums, domestic violence awareness, child abuse awareness, multicultural sensitivity and acclimation classes, and individual and family counseling.  Programs are scheduled according to current community needs.

Advocacy- hope of shared community
Through our advocacy program, we offer the hope of shared community solutions through collaboratively observing and evaluating community issues to develop integrated solutions among the individual, family, and community.
